The Jungheinrich EMC 110/EMC B10 combines of performance, ease of use and attractive styling. It offers for virtually any application a wide variety of possibilities for use, which go beyond the classical stacking and transportation duties.
Operator Area: The low-hinged handle combined with a low truck height ensures a high degree of safety and optimum fork-tip visibility. Handle Head: The multi-function handle head with exemplary ergonomics provides optimum operating comfort and maximum safety. The operating buttons for lifting/lowering and the horn can be reached with minimum hand movement. Drive: 0.35 kW permanent magnet motor with shunt wound characteristics. Motor protection circuit for thermal overload. Power transmission via two-stage gear unit with high efficiency. Grease lubrication. Battery: 2 x 12 V 58 Ah, maintenancefree. Battery discharge indicator fitted as standard. Battery Charger: Standard built-in micro processor-controlled battery charger with charge control light, compensating charge and maintenance charge function. Truck can be charged at any 120 Volt outlet. Drive Control: Sensitive starting and braking, electric braking on releasing the drive switch, plug braking, wear-free and energy saving. Wheels: Drive wheel 9 inches dia., 3 inches wide. Castor EMC 110 5.9 inches dia., 2.0 inches wide; EMC B10 5.5 inches dia., 2.1 inches wie, spring loaded, springing 0.6 inches. Load wheels 3.3 inches dia., 2.8 inches wide. Steering: Easy handling through long, low-hinged safety handle which can be swiveled by 180°. Low steering forces. Brake: Electro-magnetic brake, acting directly on the motor shaft. The crawlspeed button ensures safe maneuvering with the handle in the upright position in the most confined spaces. During this process, the brake is released automatically and travel speed is significantly reduced. Lifting and Lowering: Hydraulically through high pressure pump with powerful 1 kW series wound motor. Operated from the handle. Mast: The sturdy single mast permits optimum visibility conditions. Forks: Sturdy and torsion-resistant box forks. Servicability: Easy and direct access to all components.
The Jungheinrich electric walkie straddle stacker, type EJC B features adjustable outriggers and ITA forks that permit adaptation to various load and pallet sizes. High stability and residual capacities are ensured by 4-point contact and widened straddle arms made of solid steel. In addition the EJC B provides: crawl-speed push button for maneuvering with the handle in the upright position in the most confined spaces, panorama mast for optimum visibility of the load, offset handle for good vision past the load, proportional hydraulic system for sensitive control of lifting and lowering speed from the handle head. Operator Area: The low-slung, long handle, an enclosed design as well as the safety and emergency stop button provide maximum safety for the operator. The handle position permits clear vision through the mast while picking up loads. Pen tray and paper holder on the battery cover are standard. Handle Head: The multi-function handle head with exemplary ergonomics provides optimum operator comfort and highest protection for the operator's hands. All operating functions can be controlled without removing the ands from the handle head. Drive: The powerful, upright 1.5 kW (EJC B 14: 1.3 kW) shunt wound motor has a high overload capacity and very good efficiency. The two-stage gear unit has a particularly low noise level. Chassis: The stable 4-point contact and the particularly rugged and torsion-resistant design permit high residual capacities. The rounded, enclosed contours permit maneuvering in confined spaces. Battery: Two different 24 Volt battery capacities are available as standard: GSB 300 Ah and GSB 330 Ah. Drive Control: State-of-the-art electronics (SpeedControl) provide true speed control via the drive switch. In each situation the chosen speed is maintained. Even with full load the maximum speed of 3.8 mph is achieved. The drive parameters acceleration, maximum speed and motor brake can be programmed. Wheels: Standard Polyurethane drive wheel 9.1 inches dia., 2.8 inches wide. Load wheels 3.3 inches dia, 3.3 inches wide in tandem design. Lateral support wheel (5.5 x 2.1 inches) with spring cushioning, stable 4-point wheel contact with the floor even on uneven surfaces. This also prevents the drive wheel from skidding. Steering: Low-hinged safety handle can easily be swiveled through 90° to either side. Brake: Electro-magnetic disc brake acting directly on the motor shaft. For maneuvering in confined spaces at reduced speed with the handle in the upright position the brake can be released by pressing the crawl-speed button. Motor braking with energy reclamation through Speed Control in zero position of the drive switch. Automatic rollback protection on gradients: Speed Control detects any rolling back and automatically activates the brake. Hydraulics: High-pressure pump with powerful 3.0 kW series-wound motor. During stacking and retrieval, there is no need for the operator to leave his usual driving position, as he can sensitively control lifting and lowering via push buttons on the handle. Mast: The truck is fitted as standard with a twostage mast (ZT/ZZ) or three-stage mast (DZ). The wide mast with mast lift cylinders arranged behind the slender mast sections provides optimum visibility of load and forks. Load Section: Solid steel outriggers. Flexible adaptation of the ITA forks to different load dimensions as well as attachments through the adjustable width between the outriggers (35.4-53.1 inches).
