The EJE 120 electric walkie pallet truck is specifically suited for loading and unloading trailers as well as transporting loads over short and medium distances. The EJE 120 is  available with  three different battery compartments. The shortest of which, when combined with the EJE’s compact drive unit, features a head length of only 19.4 inches  and  allows  the  truck  to maneuver in extremely confined spaces. Jungheinrich’s innovative 3-phase AC drive motor ensures powerful acceleration and a maximum speed of 3.7 mph, even under a full load. In addition, the sealed AC drive motor is virtually maintenance-free, with  no  carbon  brushes to replace and a two year motor warranty as standard. Jungheinrich's advanced AC impulse controller technology provides stepless speed control via the  drive  switch and  roll-back protection on ramps. Travel parameters, including acceleration, speed and motor brake, are easily adjustable. The highly efficient AC controller, combined with industrial batteries up to 255 Ah, ensures excellent energy management and longer operating times at any performance level.

The long, low mounted control handle maximizes the distance between the operator and the truck, ensuring the highest degree of safety for the user at all times during normal operation. If space is at a premium, the standard crawl-speed button allows for maneuvering in tight areas with the handle in the upright position. To activate, simply depress the crawl-speed button and the brake is released automatically, allowing controlled travel at a reduced speed. The low height of the truck allows for greater visibility, especially in confined spaces, and provides  shorter operators  with optimum visibility of the fork tips. A completely redeveloped handle head offers operators a unique, state-of-the-art design. The raise and lower  controls on each side of the handle are combined into a single, contactor-less rocker switch. This ergonomically-arranged design allows operators to raise and lower the forks with the handle in virtually any position, even when fully vertical at 90 degrees.

The EJE 225 electric walkie pallet truck is used wherever there is a lot of activity and high throughput efficiency is of the essence – during loading and unloading on a ramp; in hard, continuous operation with heavy   loads; in 2 or even 3 shift operations. The latest   impulse control electronics (SpeedControl) provide stepless speed control via the drive switch and feature roll-back   protection on ramps. Travel parameters, including acceleration, speed and motor brake, are easily adjustable. Crawl speed can be activated via a separate handle switch for safe maneuvering in confined spaces with the handle in the upright position. The low-slung handle, combined with the low height of the truck, ensures a high degree of safety and optimum visibility of the fork tips. The multi-functional handle head, with state-of-the-art ergonomics, provides optimum operator comfort and safety through grips with hand guards.

The ECR 327/336 end rider pallet truck, with a 4kW, 24V 3-phase AC drive motor, provides high performance for transport, order picking and dock operations. Both   the   AC motor and CAN-Bus controller are designed in-house by Jungheinrich engineers. This translates into optimum performance under the most arduous conditions.  Built for heavy use and high loads, the ECR provides hour after hour of productive operation. In addition, the carefully synchronized motor-controller combination ensures higher energy efficiency. The ECR is designed  to  carry  a  750  Ah  battery, boosting  operating  hours and reducing downtime  due  to  charging  or  battery changes. The state-of-the-art controller features "SpeedControl," a real-time drive-speed monitoring system that provides stepless speed control at all times via a motorcycle- style throttle grip. The controller also features roll-back protection on ramps. Travel parameters, including acceleration, top speed, walkie speed and motor brake, are easily adjustable.  The electro-magnetic brake is applied whenever the drive switch is in neutral, and the truck is stopped to ensure that it stays in safe mode. The ECR's solid steel frame is designed from the ground up to survive the harshest applications. Special materials   and reinforcements are placed in critical points throughout the frame to provide maximum durability. To keep the operator comfortable throughout the work shift, the ECR is also available with an optional spring-loaded, cushioned   platform. The tiller arm is padded, and optional knee pads ensure a stable yet comfortable stance for the operator.
