Our After Sales Service department offers customized agreements to meet our customers’ specific needs. These vary from single planned maintenance visits to an all-inclusive, full-time on-site presence.
Our experience has shown that with material handling equipment of this type and size, well-qualified and fully-trained personnel are essential to successful and efficient system performance. We recommend use of your local Jungheinrich personnel – they are fully-trained and qualified.
Our technicians are provided with the necessary up-to-date training, documentation, test equipment and tools in order to carry out the highest possible standard of service. During training, strong emphasis is placed on planned maintenance and not on “Fire Fighting”. As part of our agreement, we maintain a system of open records. Our customers are able to inspect these records and see for themselves what work has been completed on the equipment.
